Prior to executing the contract, your documents undergo preliminary evaluation by European immigration lawyers. Once program eligibility is conclusively established, the repatriation procedure is formally initiated.
About the Austrian Program
Austrian citizenship by descent and repatriation is an exclusive legal pathway featuring mandatory case prequalification. Your documents are first vetted by immigration attorneys, and official processing commences only upon verified statutory compliance.
Key procedural milestones are contractually fixed: legal prequalification, historical archive search, comprehensive dossier assembly, personal filing in Vienna or designated EU consular representations, issuance of the citizenship certificate, and a trip to Austria to collect your passport and national ID card. In case of an adverse outcome, all paid fees are refunded in full.
